TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The 'Member' agrees to purchase a 30-Day Membership for the sum of $10.15 + GST for a total of $10.65 Canadian Funds giving the 'Member' access to the 'Members Area' and all 'Member Privilege' Video Clips in the LYGC Video Vault. If you do not have a PayPal account not a problem. As you go through the payment process with PayPal you will need to enter an email address and create a password. The email address and password you enter will be your username and password to access your PayPal account, all of this is fast, easy and secure. The account you create with PayPal is for you to keep track of and cancel your membership with thelearningyard.com. At the end of each 30-Day Membership period the Membership will automatically be renewed for another 30-Day period until said 'Member' chooses to cancel their Membership at which point the Cancellation Policy found below goes into effect.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The Member can choose to cancel their Membership at any point during their 30-Day Membership period. As there is no refund policy, the Member will still have full access to the 'Members Area' and all 'Member Privilege' Video Clips in the LYGC Video Vault for the remaining balance of their 30-Day Membership. Once completed their Username & Password will no longer be valid. However, to insure that the Member receives full value for their money, the Member should keep track of their Membership by way of their PayPal account and to cancel their Membership with thelearningyard.com through their PayPal account near the end of their 30-Day Membership period.
